Cancellation Policy
Bookings and deposits for live courses are secured on a first-come, first-served basis and a deposit is required to confirm your spot, and deposits are non-refundable. However, if you provide at least two weeks’ notice before the scheduled date, we can hold your deposit for up to a year, allowing you to apply it toward a future class or private session.
In the event that we must cancel a class – you will receive
- Full Refund or Credit – your choice.
To avoid potential inconveniences, we recommend refraining from purchasing travel tickets or confirming hotel reservations until five weeks before the class start date. We are not liable for any losses related to airfare, hotel deposits, or other expenses if a class is cancelled or rescheduled.
